Duncan Fishwick is University Professor and Chairman of Classics at the University of Alberta. His publications include four earlier books and some 90 articles and reviews in international journals. He is currently working on volume III, 1-4 of The Imperial Cult in the Latin West.
In 1991 Duncan Fishwick was elected as corresponding member of the Académie des Inscriptions et Belles-Lettres of Paris.
