Signed by Margot Fonteyn, Rudolf Nureyev, David Gayle, Frank Freeman, Paul Brown, Lambert Cox, Robert Mead, Ian Hamilton, Peter O Brien, Geoffrey Cawley and two others (not yet identified). A few of the signatures have short inscriptions. See all photos. Very good condition, with a water drip across Nureyev's signature - or is that his sweat(!)? Some wear to lower corners of boards, a few finger marks on pages, also occasional stray pen marks, probably from when the book was handed around for signing. No dust jacket.
