Lolita is a 1962 black comedy-psychological drama directed by Stanley Kubrick based on the novel by Vladimir Nabokov that follows a middle-aged literature lecturer who is infatuated with the young Dolores Haze, whom he calls Lolita. The novel was described as "unfilmable" before Kubrick purchased the rights due to the Motion Picture Production Code. Lolita polarized critics with its themes but was nominated for Best Adapted Screenplay at the 35th Academy Awards. Photos feature James Mason, Sue Lyon and Shelley Winters in famous scenes from the film. Additional photo features an image of Mason with his family with extended caption on verso. The four other feature the title, stars and copyright information in the lower white margin. Minor wear around the edges but does not affect the image. In very good condition.
