Silvio Pellico (1789 - 1854) è stato uno scrittore, poeta e patriota italiano, noto soprattutto come autore di 'Le mie prigioni'. Il libro di memorie scritto da Silvio Pellico e pubblicato nel 1832. Si articola in un arco di tempo che va dal 13 ottobre 1820, data in cui l'autore venne arrestato a Milano per la sua adesione ai moti carbonari, al 17 settembre 1830, giorno del suo ritorno a casa. In esso Pellico descrive la sua esperienza di detenzione - prima ai Piombi di Venezia e poi nel carcere dello Spielberg di Brno. Giuseppe Girardini (1856 - 1923) è stato un politico e avvocato italiano. Saluzzo (Salusse in piemontese) è un comune italiano della provincia di Cuneo in Piemonte. IV + 280 pag. Size: 15cmx10,5cm.
