This is a trade sized paperback book. The book is in Fair condition. This is the Australian edition of the Lion Books publication of the first novel published by Richard Matheson. The book covers have edge wear, rubbing, nicking, general wear and tear, and noticeable water marking to the bottom edge, and around to the spine joints. There are several creases to the cover edges as well. The text pages have noticeable generalized toning / darkening, with some spots of ground-in dirt. There is another small patch of water spotting / water marking to the top corners of all the text pages. Notwithstanding the condition, this book is quite scarce in this iteration.
